ZillowVERIFIED I lived out of state and had experienced disinterest from two other local agents. They put me on their email list and I received a handful of listings a day. My house was on the market and I had to move quickly. I researched Stephen Byrnes and he had outstanding reviews. I called him and immediately received numerous listings. He introduced me to houses and neighborhoods the others had not even mentioned. I called him with two days notice and flew into Springfield and he showed me several houses. I saw the house I ultimately purchased on the second day and made an offer. He was a very good advisor during the process and while i traveled to massachusetts he fielded requests from my lenders. He provided wonderful service and was honest and hard working and I am grateful that I worked with him.

ZillowVERIFIED I was living out of state and had spent weeks with two other agents. They were sending me 3 - 5 houses a day online. I needed more. I researched high selling agents in Springfield Massachusetts. Steve Byrne was recommended. I contacted him and he immediately sent me an array of houses. I finally had a clear picture of real estate in the area. He knew the different neighborhoods but never discouraged me from exploring a house. I contacted him two days before flying in. He gave me his weekend and we saw several houses. The second day I found two houses I liked in my price range, in a great neighborhood and he advised me on the details. I put in an offer on the better one after two days in Springfield. I am now living in my house and I LOVE it. The price was amazing and the process smooth and Steve Byrne had to deal with my demanding lender but remained cool while I was traveling to Massachusetts. He provided paperwork I could not and answered all their queries. And btw he is very honest when he does not feel a particular purchase is in your best interest. He saved me from mediocre representation as well. I am grateful.

Though he did respond to my inquiries, he never followed up or initiated a call or email, nor did he suggest any other properties to me that may have been of interest despite his knowledge we had resources and had acquired other properties in the area.
