He took amazing pictures, had informed insight about pricing strategy, and wrote a knock out description of the property that focused on just what buyers would want to know. He tried a variety of buyer-development strategies including open houses, networking, caravans, social media, and flyers at a neighborhood festival. His strategies created an amazing amount of foot traffic from potential buyers, which led to a sale at 98.2% of list, when many in the neighborhood were selling for much less. He is professional, calm, knows the process and many of the local agents, and would be my only choice for future transactions.
