Prior to me putting an offer on a home he game me pages of information about the home and its neighborhood. The biggest plus was that he wanted me and my family to feel comfortable about the home prior to making an offer. Its almost like he was my family. He told us up front that his main job was to find us a home and to be 100 percent happy with it. I have no bad remarks about Stephen. I would highly recommend him to anybody. I greatly appreciate all the hard work he put into finding us that perfect home.

Buying a home can be very stressful and tedious at many different moments especially when youre coming from a different state and have no clue about the state youre purchasing in. You can sometimes think about a question late in the evening, a question that would keep you up until you ask your realtor. Not with Mr. Stephen all you have to do is reach out and he will respond quickly morning or evening. He made himself very available to us with an open door policy. Not only was he available at all times he made us feel comfortable in stressful moments. He never said anything that he couldnt deliver on. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, understanding, and personable. I couldnt ask for a better realtor!!! I would definitely keep him in mind for all future businesses deals in real estate and recommend him highly to friends and family. He made buying our home an incredible experience.

He went above the norm by having HD photos, a virtual tour (not a slide show), and provided a 2D and 3D dollhouse for buyers to see the floorplan. I truly can not say enough nice things about how Stephen guided us through the often times very stressful process; he really was the bright spot in the whole endeavor. Stephen has a knack for knowing what to look for in a home and would often notice details and features that I did not. He was very good to point out positives and negatives and would often suggest ways to improve on the home. He was very patient and showed us every home we asked to see . . . weeks and weeks of looking. I believe Stephen knew what we wanted in our new home even before we did! Stephen never rushed us in any of the decision making and he was always available day or night to answer any of our questions. We had been in our home for 24 years and this was the first time we had ever sold a home. Stephen was very helpful and discrete in suggesting ways to improve my home for sale. He never pushed his ideas on us and waited until we came to the conclusions that he was indeed correct in his advice. For example, he suggested that I could lighten up two rooms in my home by painting. I was tired and stressed and just really did not want to have to do anything else to my house. Finally, after a slowing in showings I decided to take his advice . . . . my home sold one week after I did what he had suggested! Now that we have moved into our new home I kind of miss my daily conversations with Stephen as we came to think of him as a friend!

We had no surprises at all throughout the process. He did several open houses and other marketing to make sure our house was always visible to buyers. He even paid for a stager to come in and give us suggestions to make our house more appealing to buyers. He would offer his opinion when we asked but was never pushy. Our house sold before we bought one and with his negotiations we were able to stay in our old home until the new one closed so we didn't have to move into an apartment or hotel. When we got an offer on our house he met with the other agent at 10:00 at night because that's when the other agent could meet and he didn't want us to lose the deal. We know he did a lot of extra work selling our house because of the unique circumstances of the people buying our house and we are so grateful.
