About Stephanie Zarr

My name is Stephanie Zarr. I'm a lifelong resident of Cherokee, Iowa. I, my husband, and our two children love calling Cherokee "HOME". I love selling real estate as it gives me the opportunity to sell my home town. I help people increase their wealth by guiding them through the real estate market. My expertise is largely centered in residential real estate, specializing in first time home buyers and seasoned home buyers alike. I also have experience in helping investors get in the real estate market. I cover all Cherokee County and most of Northwest Iowa. Being apart of a great team at EXIT Realty Midwest aids in this greatly. As an associate in a company that has 4 offices in Northwest Iowa (Spirit Lake, Le Mars, Cherokee, and Spencer) I have the resources to help fulfil your real estate needs throughout the Northwest Iowa corridor, we serve real people, real results, real estate. Serving as Vice President, and President of the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce, and on many other chamber sub-committees. I am also on the City of Cherokee's Planning and Zoning Commission. I also belong to many Realtor organizations to include the Iowa Association of Realtors (IAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Northwest Iowa Regional Board of Realtors. After speaking with another real estate agent in Cherokee and not getting the results I was hoping for, I asked a friend for a recommendation about an agent to use to purchase our new home in a new county. She gave me Steph's name. That was hands down the best text message I sent because I could not be more happy with how our house hunt went. Steph's extensive knowledge of Cherokee and the surrounding area, her experience, her professionalism, and her patience have been extraordinary. As first time home buyers, we did not know what we were doing or really what was expected of us. Steph walked us through every step of the way. She helped up negotiate a purchase price that we felt comfortable with, she gave her opinion and imparted her wisdom when called for, and basically, "held our hands" through the entire process. She was aggressive with our timelines and sped the whole transaction along at a pace that worked great for us as we needed to move to the area in a short span. The thing that is most impressive about Steph though is her communication. I could call or text her whenever I had a question and she always responded. I never felt like I'm an inconvenience or a problem. We will absolutely recommend her to anyone who listens and will be using her services for any and all of our real estate transactions in the future.
