Get fully pre approved first and know your numbers. In this market, being ready and moving quickly matters. Also focus on value, not just price, and don’t skip inspections.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Price it right from day one and make sure it shows clean and well maintained. The first couple weeks on the market are the most important, so you want strong photos and exposure right away.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

First time buyers, move up buyers, downsizing sellers, investors, and homeowners going through short sale or hardship situations.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently helped a seller navigate a challenging situation with a lot of moving parts. We stayed ahead of everything, kept communication tight, and were able to close smoothly with a strong outcome for the client.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I got started in 2007 and built my business from the ground up. Over time I grew a team and focused on creating systems that keep transactions organized and clients well taken care of.

Veterans United recommended Stephanie, and we now know why!! She ushered us around for two days to find the place we wanted. Then, since we had to go home to another state, she just took charge. She coordinated with the seller, and of real importance to us, worked closely with VU to keep us on track with their requirements. I rate Stephanie as superior. 5 Stars + We have dealt with several realtors over the years for both buying and selling properties and she has been the best to date by far.
