They weren't quite ready to sell when I reached out to Stephanie at that time, but the home was huge, dilapidated and too much for them. ZillowVERIFIED Although this was Ms. Wilsons first cooperative sale, she was patient, kind and professional and it was a pleasure working with her. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and less frustrating (assisted, reviewed and delivered multiple copies of my 200-page coop application package). She made herself available beyond work hours and her customer service acumen was refreshing. There were a few hiccups that delayed the process (coop appraised lower than contract price) but Ms. Wilson helped guide me to a resolution. The process was not perfect and I was frustrated at times but Ms. Wilson was there every step of the way and I plan to send referrals her way in the future.
