Stephanie handled the sale of an 11 acre farmette & buildings, 2 single family homes and a townhouse purchase all within a one year period for me. Her knowledge of real estate and the communities in her area led to all transactions being bought/sold very quickly. She ensured I knew what could potentially cause issues with each property and went out of her way to be available and help with the issue resolution. One example was a house that was partly in a flood plane. Stephanie had the contacts to research what the options were for dealing with this issue and guided me through the decisions I had to make to resolve the issue and ensure the closing occurred as planned.
