ZillowVERIFIED I'm not even sure where to begin with how wonderful Stephanie is and that if your in the market to buy or rent that you want her on your side. We just purchased a home and she was a huge role in our dream becoming a reality. From day one her positive energy was contagious and her knowledge in the field was very evident. My case was a fixed income low credit score scenario and I honestly thought I was just going to get a list of things I needed to fix to even look at a house but then we met Stephanie. After having a few other realtors try to help us and the circus we went through with them, on a chance phone call to one of her listings everything from that day turned around. She not only found us a home that fit our family's needs she went above and beyond what any realtor normally would to help us achieve the dream of home ownership. My case got a bit complicated and took more time then normal to settle but she stuck right by our side the whole way through the process and got the job done. Her experience and contacts she used proved invaluable in our case and owning our home would never have happened without her. We just can't recommend her enough or say enough good things about her to truly express our gratitude and thanks for how professional she was and how appreciative we are to have had her represent us during the home buying process. I literally gave up a time or two but stephanie with her positive attitude and professionalism would not accept that from us and continued to push on and in the end here I am looking out my front window this morning of my new home doing my best to return in anyway I can the gratitude and thanks owed to her for a job so well done I am having a hard time putting it all into words. I will be forever grateful for all the hard work she put into us and our dream. I simply can not recommend her enough and put her right up there at the top of the list if you need a realtor for any reason. Thank you again Stephanie we could have never done this without you. Always upbeat and energetic, apparently working 24-7, local business and property owner, intimately familiar with every borough and neighborhood, great rapport with other local agents, all-around an invaluable resource throughout the process. I'm sure there are lots of great agents out there, but I seriously doubt you'll find a better one than Stephanie!

ZillowVERIFIED When selling you home there are always a few surprises and challenges. I knew this when the For Sale sign went up on my home and the showings began to book up. The first day of the showings, we had a few hurdles to get over. But Stephanie was there to guide the process along and bring together several offers within days of the first showing, that ultimately got me full asking price for my home. There were some delays in the closing, this happens due to necessary paperwork and the way certain banks work. But, Stephanie was there texting me updates as the process moved along. The day of the closing she was there to make sure the paperwork went smoothly. Stephanie was there the whole way through. Ramus Realty showcased my home in unique ways that attracted buyers from all around the area. Stephanie made sure the deal came together. All I had to do was sign some papers. Thank you!
