I`m an agent who loves the desert and is excited to be selling real estate in the Palm Springs area.

With a business degree from TCU, movie production experience, training in negotiation/mediation and a California real estate broker`s license, I have the creativity, expertise and energy to help you buy or sell in any market!

As a full time Palm Springs resident since 2006 and selling golf course and resort homes since 2007, I`ve seen first hand the market shift and have adjusted my focus from simply selling homes to helping homeowners. I have experience with bank owned homes, short sale transactions and enjoy the challenges of today`s market.

While the economic climate has been tough, it has resulted in affordable housing and interest rates at unbelievably low levels. This has created a market here in our beautiful valley where homes can be purchased at discounted prices from our peak back in 2005. Now is a great time to buy or sell!
