With the way the market is running, it is very competitive and different techniques will need to be added with offers placed in houses. She will not pressure her clients into making offers or to add those additional modifiers onto offers. She may suggest some but will not suggest specifically how much or anything like that. She is a guide and has likely made many friends in the trade because of her friendly demeanor. Her clients may benefit from her connections and we sure did. Thanks Stephanie!

I would also add that since we were out of the area during the escrow process that she went above and beyond in taking care of the buying and escrow process, by meeting with home inspector on our behalf and finding out all of the answered to any questions or concerns that came up. We called the number on one of the signs and the lady who answered the phone told us there was no one available to show the house. Then she told us someone had volunteered to come out and help us, that was Stephanie. She came quickly and was very friendly. She worked with our situation which meant she found houses for us quickly and in a short amount of time. She also helped us find a lender we loved. All in all great experience with her and we would always recommend her to anyone who moves up here. Thank you Stephanie!
