ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I fell in love with a bank owned property that was being sold on an auction site. Everything that could be difficult or go wrong with purchasing a home happened with this property. From not being able to gain access to the property (seller was out of state and it was listed with a different county) to briefly loosing the house to an investor (who backed out) to two nail-biting auctions (last one ending after two hours of fighting four bidders) to our loan officer not doing her job (almost costing us the house). This was Stephanie's first bank owned property sale and she handled it as if she had done many. She approached every aspect of this sale with stellar professionalism. She drove 70 miles out of her way to gain access to the property. She sat with us for hours to go over the contract on an evening before she had to leave on a business trip early the next morning to make sure we understood every aspect of it. She brought in her colleague, who has years of experience with bank owned properties, to explain the ins and outs of the entire process to us and to ensure the process went as smooth as possible. She worked diligently with inspectors, our bank and the seller to insure a timely closing even though it was pushed back 3 times by the seller. At the final stretch when we were in jeopardy of not making the final closing date due, Stephanie went literally above and beyond to make sure everything went through, including convincing the seller to extend the close date to accommodate our loan approval at no cost to us. And then, after we had closed, she has continued to assist us to ensure a smooth transition into our new home. We could not have asked for a more committed agent, and we are thankful Stephanie was with us every step of the way.
