Stephanie Simmons

My name is Stephanie Simmons. I am a Realtor and Owner/Associate Broker with Living Texas Realty Group in Nacogdoches, Tx. I grew up in east Texas as a 9th generation Texan. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2000, I started my real estate career. I was fortunate to stay in the area to work and raise a family of my own. My husband is a captain with the Nacogdoches Fire Department. We are an active family of 5 with a 21 year dedication to the local cattle and poultry industry. Not only have I been a high producing Realtor in this area for the last several years, I was voted one of Nacogdoches' Best Realtors by the locals multiple times.
