Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

First talk to a lender and get your finances figured out. Then get the preapproval and bring that to me and we can go from there.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Call me so we can sit down and talk and I can go over a list of things to get your home ready to sell.

I have worked with, First Time Home Buyers, Sellers, VA Buyers, Relocation, Farm and Ranch, Acreage, Luxury Homes.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I was able to get my First Time Home Buyer into the home they wanted and have all the major items fixed on the TRR.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I was a nurse in the ER for 10 years. I love helping people, but wanted to be able to attend my boys activities at their school while they were young and so I became a realtor so I could and since starting I have loved it and the people I have met along the way.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I take classes every week that are offered to keep up on the newest laws and newest financial items out there to help my clients.
