About Stephanie Marshall

One of my missions in life is to have a positive impact on the lives of others. What better way than to assist in the process of such a significant decision as buying or selling a home? My name is Stephanie Marshall and my goal is to do just that. As your Realtor, I will navigate you through the entire transaction, making the journey not only a positive one but an exciting and profitable one! As a native of Florida, I have been blessed to experience all that Florida has to offer, from its natural beauty to its balmy climate. Where else can you have the choice of beaches, the ocean, nightlife, and family destinations all in one? As one of the most popular places in the world, it has certainly earned its nickname, the Sunshine State! Since earning my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida just over 20 years ago, I have been fortunate to have had careers in both the field of business and education. Each position I have held has been one of service to others. Though I've had my Real Estate license for over a decade, it wasn't until recently that I took the step to join my husband, who's been in the business for 15 years. I left the school district as one of the county's top educators and am anxious to deliver the same exceptional service to you while creating lasting relationships with each and every customer I represent!
