I knew Stephanie so I went to her, and by May we had a buyer. BUT the buyer backed out on us at the last minute and we were ready to panic, but Steph put it right back on the market and we had a good buyer within a couple of weeks. She guided us through unknown waters and then sold the house! She's a very good realtor, she gets my highest recommendation.
