In the beginning Stephanie was very helpful and prepared. She did well selling my home. When it came to buy a house which she was also involved in she had no availability and the homes I was looking were selling fast. She needed to know a week ahead of time to schedule appointments for me to see home. Took it upon myself to contact the realtor on a home I wanted. Bought the home. After that Stephanie wasn't as friendly.
