Her knowledge, professionalism, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. My husband and I had an excellent experience working with her. Review Stephanie was an excellent realtor. She met with us many times over the course of 15 months. She was prompt in her responses. She had other realtors show us houses when she was not in town or available. Very professional. We would use her again.

Review From the get go Stephanie was helpful, insightful, and wonderfully experienced in making your hunt for a house and the closing seamless and easy. I have met a lot of "professionals" in all sorts of walks of life over the years, Stephanie single handedly makes them all look like amateurs . Everything from beginning to end was a fantastic experience, her recommendations from the offer on the house, all the way to the repair people she put me in contact with all went above and beyond. Checking back up and making sure everything was good to go was a delightful experience. I could not be happier with the choice I made in using her as my Agent, and I would highly recommend you use her also! Thanks a million Stephanie!-Ed

Review Stephanie was a fantastic realtor! She had great knowledge of the area, having grown up around here, and was very prompt and friendly with her interactions. She was able to negotiate property prices well, and did a great job helping us at every step. The only improvement I would say, is she didn't really show us too many homes that we liked (either too small, outside of budget, etc.)

Review Stephanie was truly amazing!! We ran into some minor issues toward the end of our closing process that was unrelated to her due diligence. She remained on top of helping to resolve this for us and reassured us the entire time. I could not recommend Stephanie more! She is very hardworking, dedicated to her clients, and made purchasing our first home a memorable process!

Review 2021 was a challenging year to be a first time home buyer! When I met Stephanie, she asked all the right questions to tease out what I was looking for. She set up an MLS search for me, and was always responsive when I had questions about a listing or wanted to see a property. She went out of her way to show things later in the day for me when my schedule allowed. She recommended a great mortgage team and an excellent inspector once I found a house that I liked. She kept me informed on what the next steps in the process were - I never had to worry that I was missing something or out of the loop. I would highly recommend working with Stephanie if you are in the market for a new place. She is a great communicator and a pleasure to work with.

Review She put up with massive pain in the a** sellers. Always kept a good attitude about everything even if I was a pain and did a phenomenal job laying out the process with buying my first home! Was straight to the point and tried her absolute best she could to find the right home in this ridiculous housing market. Highly recommend her!

Review Very friendly and always responded in a timely matter. Likable person and easy to talk to. Didn't hesitate to drive to home and measure basement windows so that I was able to order block windows. Appreciated her doing that.

Review Stephanie really helped us understand the process of buying a home as first time home buyers. She took the time to get ideas of what we wanted and helped us find homes my husband and I would have over looked. She answered all our questions with detailed explanations and explained each document we were going to be signing in great detail as well. She answered all our questions in a great amount of time and didnt delay. We had a great time with her.

Review Stephanie was just wonderful! She listened to our needs and worked with us to find our perfect home. It's like she knew what would and wouldn't work for us without us having to say it. She did well picking up on queues and didn't hesitate to get us into a place to view it as soon as possible. She helped make the whole process smooth from shopping around to closing. It was a very pleasant experience.

Review Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. She was a fast, excellent communicator through the whole process. She was also patient as we looked at a number of houses over about a month and always had decorating ideas! Her talents as an an agent, though, really showed when it came time to make an offer. She knew when we needed to move quickly on a home, especially in this aggressive market. Because of the timeliness of her work, we were able to get a fair price on a wonderful home without having to make a competitive bid, something she knew we were trying to avoid. Our experience with Stephanie was entirely positive, very warm, and wholly professional. I would recommend her to anyone searching for a house and if I have the opportunity, would work with her again.

Review We had a particularly difficult negotiation process with our sellers and it required a lot of tact, professionalism, and interpersonal communication skills. Stephanie handled everything with a detailed eye and maintained her professionalism with the other party. We are happy to say we were able to get the home we really wanted and we appreciated the effort Stephanie put towards making that happen. It was a pleasure working with her and we would abaolutely recommend choosing her to be your agent.

Review Stephanie did a great job helping us find our first home. She was on top of things and responded to my questions with a quick response. Our search was very fast and went way easier than expected. We put our 1st offer in offering less than what they were asking and it was accepted and we moved in and closed on the house in a month. I would definitely recommend Stephanie when looking for your next or first home. Stephanie was very kind and carried herself in a professional manner and was always on time. Thanks Stephanie!!!
