When I first met Stephanie, she came prepared with all the information needed to quickly sell the condo. I quickly noticed how professional she was. The condo sold in 48 hours for our asking price. Unfortunately, a relative insisted that we use her friend as the selling attorney. This attorney's office caused delays by not getting paperwork completed on time and poorly communicated with Stephanie and me. Stephanie was always patient and stayed professional from all this drama. Yes, the condo closed on time because Stephanie made the needed accommodations.
