Stephanie was great at helping me get my home sold! I got an offer in two weeks and at that point I thought I had made the best choice. Everything went good up until closing eventhough she told me her agency covered the home warranty and it was actually me that paid for it at closing. I began to see the integrity I thought she had, she actually did not. She was there with me during the entire closing. The lawyer's assistant said I should receive my money (via wire transfer) in two hours but I did not receive it at all that day. The next day after the bank opened, I checked my account and still no money. After texting Stephanie the next morning to let her know, she told me that she was in a meeting and that someone from her office would assist me and that the number was in my packet. That part about the number being in my packet is what bothered me. She expected me to take care of something she had already gotten paid for. There was no sense of urgency on her part! I did speak with someone from Stephanie's office and she was very kind and compassionate and understood why I was upset. I never received a call from Stephanie! Later that afternoon I did finally received my money after the lawyer's office sent the wire again. If I had not been concerned about receiving my money, the lawyer's office would never have checked for a confirmation. I'm not sure if they ever sent it the day of closing. I'm not blaming Stephanie for this, I just expected a phone call from her showing her concern. I never got that!

Casonya has been such an amazing realtor! After we made introductions, she gave me a foreshadowing of how the entire process would go and what I could expect. I was nervous about how things would go because my profession requires me to travel often and not alot of time when I was in town. Casonya remained very flexible and responsive to my schedule. I could tell from the start that she wasn't afraid to go the extra mile to make things happen. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for down to the specifics of the commute I envisioned. She took all the details and found me several properties to view. That was the easy part; then when it came to navigating the 'wonderful' world of real estate paper , Casonya is definitely the tour guide you'd want to have.
