ZillowVERIFIED Stephanie sold our home when after a year on the market, listed with someone else, she made it happen. After a year of little or no activity from the former realtor, our listing ended. Stephanie called and said, "I can sell your house." This was at the very beginning of the Covid-19 crisis when realtors we forbidden any direct contact with potential buyers or sellers. She rose to the challenge and had everything in place electronically in preparation for the 1st day of easing the restrictions. At midnight on May 8th Stephanie was at our house taking pictures for the listing and finishing the 360 degree virtual tour. During June and July she showed our house multiple times and eventually paired us with the perfect buyer. The new family that now own our "Home" [not house] seem to be as pleased as we are.
