Take your time and get clear on what matters most to you. I always tell my buyers: lifestyle first, house second. Let’s get really honest about your non-negotiables: schools, commute, neighborhood vibe, views, yard space—because those things are what truly impact your day-to-day happiness. Also, get pre-approved early so we can move confidently when the right home comes along. With the right strategy, patience, and communication, we’ll find your perfect match.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Presentation is everything. Today’s buyers shop with their eyes first online. I coach my sellers on how to create a luxury, elevated feel that stands out from every other listing. From staging to photography to pricing strategy, your home must demand attention from the moment someone scrolls past it. Also, choose an agent who communicates quickly and clearly. The market moves fast and your representation should too.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve worked with everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, growing families, relocation clients, and luxury home sellers. Whether someone is upsizing, downsizing, investing, or stepping into a higher price point, my goal is always the same: to provide a concierge experience, reduce stress, and help them feel confident and supported every step of the way.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently, I worked with a family that was relocating and needed not just a house, but a community that fit their lifestyle. We spent time exploring neighborhoods, visiting schools, coffee shops, parks, and learning how they wanted to live. When we found the right home, we strategized a strong offer that stood out without overpaying. Seeing them settle in, meeting neighbors, and watching their kids play in the backyard, that’s why I love what I do. Real estate is about people, not just property.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
Real estate started for me with a deep desire to help people navigate one of the biggest transitions of their lives with confidence, clarity, and care. After going through big life challenges myself, I wanted to create a business rooted in service, communication, and truly listening. I leaned into my gift for marketing and connection, and it grew from there. This business is personal to me. It’s relationships, trust, and family.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes. Beyond ongoing market and contract training, I invest heavily in luxury real estate marketing, negotiation strategy, and relocation services. I study neighborhood trends, builder quality, school district patterns, and market shifts so my clients are always a step ahead. And one of my strengths is high-level communication. I respond quickly, keep things organized, and ensure you always know what’s happening and why. My goal is to make your experience feel seamless, supported, and elevated.
