It contained a great deal of information on marketing our home for sale that we found invaluable. When the time came for us to list our home, she came out a few weeks before and made extremely helpful suggestions to help us get our home ready for sale, and to help make it more universally appealing. Her advice proved invaluable, as we had over 20 showings in one weekend, with multiple offers over asking that very first weekend.Stephanie wore many hats during our transaction. Our lawyer was less than responsive, so Stephanie took up much of the slack. She reached out to the buyers agent on our behalf many times when our lawyer failed to contact the buyers. We were stuck in attorney review until Stephanie stepped in to reach a deal the buyers could agree on. She was extremely patient with us and always very responsive to our needs.Although we called Stephanie many times for clarification of things we received from our lawyer, the township, and general questions we had for her, she was always responsive to us. Together with Stephanies great description we had a strong online description for our sale. We asked that Stephanie not represent both seller and buyer but seller alone for this transaction thus other agents from Stephanies office were available for our open house. The open house was very successful and we ended up with two strong offers immediately after.Throughout the rest of the process leading up to closing, we were further impressed by Stephanies frequent communications, responsiveness, organization and easy going personality. Even though we ran into a few hiccups along the way, Stephanie provided a calm guiding hand.At our request, Stephanie gave us referrals for a number of professionals that we needed to engage. She has a very strong presence on social media and really gets a lot of views/eyeballs looking at your house, which is what you want in this day and age. Weve already asked her to sell our parents house and my sister is going to use her for the second time! Shes extraordinary. Finding the perfect realtor is tough. Theres some questionable characters out there (Ive used them before!!) but not Stephanie. Shes the BEST!!!!
