We visited a few homes and she was able to get information for me about the homes quickly. I was able to make decisions with her help and negotiations with the sellers. I was able to get a pool table with the sale of the house. She knows the right people to call about repairs, pest control, and inspections. We called an electrician and was able to get an estimation that stopped me from purchasing a house in rough shape. She knew a reasonable inspector to inspect the house very careful and use the information to help negotiate and get fixed so I don't have to pay out of pocket to get fixed. I am glad that I chose Stephanie as my realtor because if I didn't I wouldn't have the home I have now.
