All contributed to a smooth transition to a new area. We chose new construction, and Stephanie narrowed our search to quality builders. A couple of experiences in this process really demonstrated Stephanie's expertise and professionalism. First, the builder had to delay the tentative delivery date by 60 days, incurring un-expected expenses. Stephanie worked with the builder's agent to prioritize completion and share some costs. Second, during home orientation, Stephanie noticed some workmanship issues we did not. She greatly assisted us in documenting them for the builder to correct. Her efforts here made the new construction a very smooth process so that we moved into a quality dream home.You cannot go wrong with Stephanie when it comes to buying a home!

We called Kelly several months later when we were finally ready to purchase he remembered us and got right to work to find our dream home. After seeing homes for weeks with no luck I got an email from kelly about a new listing, he scheduled the showing within an hour we saw the home and had agreed on a price by that evening. Kelly worked fast to get the paperwork done so we wouldnt lose it. If it were not for his persistance to help us find our dream home we might still be looking.
