She sold our home in 12 days very close to the asking price and she found the perfect home for us. She was very involved with everything. She helped us with inspection repairs that needed to be done and told us how to prepare and what we needed for the loan portion. ZillowVERIFIED The smartest decision we made in buying a house was choosing Stephanie Clemens to help us. I can't say enough good things about her and how helpful she was. Stephanie has a sixth sense when it comes to reading people, both buyers and sellers. She was amazing. After our first meeting, she just seemed to understand what we were looking for in a house. She surmised that I prefer communicating through texts or emails because of my work and so she would send me listings on a regular basis. She also knew that we were active in looking at houses on our own and would research the homes that we found and liked for us and give us detailed information about the neighborhood, what other homes were selling for in the area, schools, and anything else we wanted to know. She would put together an itinerary of houses to look at, contact the agents or owners and arrange a tour and walk through the houses with us offering helpful information and pointing out things we might have missed otherwise, both positive and negative. I never felt like she just wanted to get us in a house fast so she could get a commission. I think she would have worked with us for months if that is what it took to find the perfect home. However, when working with her it won't take long to find what you or looking for or to sell a house because she has a tremendous work ethic. She would often send us listings late in the evening and I knew she was working for us even on her own personal time. I felt like she was invested in helping us and you can't ask for more than that. The house that we fell in love with was one that was for sale by the owner. They did not have and agent of their own and they really had no idea what they were doing. Stephanie took on the role of educating them and helping them through the process of selling their home even though there was nothing in it for her. They didn't hire her because they were trying to save money by not using an agent. She just helped them because it made the process easier for us. So, she spent twice the time she normally would on this sale because she had to walk the owners through the process, contracts, inspections, etc since they had no agent and no clue what they were doing. She took on twice as much work because she knew this was the house that would make us happiest. She helped us put together an offer that was a great value for us and then was there to help us through all the inspections, the closing and continued to check up on us even to this day. If you are looking to buy or sell a house, you cannot go wrong in choosing Stephanie Clemens to help guide you through the process. She has excellent people skills and knows how to work with buyers and sellers to make sure a deal gets done that both parties are satisfied with. She knows this entire area and understands the market. She is responsive and never failed to respond to me in a timely manner. I never had to chase her down. She always got back to us right away. She made the process of buying a house as easy as it could possibly be and she became a friend in the process.

Stephanie responded to one of my online inquiries---that response was a blessing. She set us up with numerous homes to see from a variety of neighborhoods. She encouraged us to do some drive by looking to determine which areas best fit what we wanted. Once a decision was made, she took care of all the negotiating keeping us up on what was being discussed so we could make decisions.
