ZillowVERIFIEDStephanie was given a house to sell in osprey fl regarding a divorce. During the same time I purchased a home in the same development from her. She was the listing agent. I could have went to someone else but thought I was dealing with a professional realtor. Well I was wrong. So the house I was selling Stephanie took sides with my ex and her attorney. Actually came to a court hearing and testified against me on topics that I discussed with Stephanie in confidentiality. She thinks she was going to hurt me but actually it backfired. Recently hired a different agent and it is like night and day. The steps the new agent is taking to sell is what a professional realtor is all about. Same company, Caldwell banker. Then the home I purchased from her listing, hid that the house was infested with rats and bugs and pool was leaking. Pool company told me that the realtor was advised and when I questioned about the water house running to the pool, she told me the evaporation was occurring. Thank full I had a signed contract with Hughs extermination to handle the rats because all the insulation had to be removed from the home. Then the tile in the dinning room started to crack and found out that it was recently installed and the mud was to wet so the tile could not adhere properly. What a snake she has been. I can back everything I say here and more. Stay away from her especially if you are a male going thru a divorce.
