She talked us through every step of the way, from viewing the home, walking through the inspection, and eventually coaching us through making the offer. She also connected us to knowledgeable colleagues (insurance and mortgage) with excellent communication and savviness. In the end, we ended up saving over $30K on the cost and closing of the home because of her counsel and connections. I wouldn't recommend anyone else or going through the process without her.

Selling your moms house, that she's lived in for 41 years, where you were born and raised, packed to the brim with memories (and STUFF) and moving her to a facility- is excruciating. Stephanie was amazing. She is kind and caring and helped me through the whole process. Emotionally and technically. She helped me price the home and compare with others in the area. I felt comfortable i was doing the right thing for my mom which was most important to me. Stephanie went out of her way to help me when it came to letting in inspectors, meeting utility companies and cleaning people as I wasn't always able to get there.Steph was easy to communicate with through whatever channel I needed to reach her on (Text, call, email) and had qualified professionals to work with me through the process to keep everything as simple as can be. Even more importantly, she was RESPONSIVE. No one wants to chase around a professional they are working with and she never made me wait too long for answers. I would recommend her again and again. <3

ZillowVERIFIED Despite living in Pittsburgh and selling a house in Wilson, NY, the whole process went smoothly. It took longer to sell than I expected but I suspect the area is outside the range of the typical commuter. Stephanie spent considerable time marketing the house (she even got the house on a television show) and continually monitored the property in our absence. She kept in constant contact (including Skype) and was always willing to investigate and answer any of our questions. In her rating I had to consider the fact NOBODY gets a perfect score.
