ZillowVERIFIEDBuying a house remotely was extremely nerve-wracking. Stephanie was more than a realtor. She went above and beyond to answer every question, calm every fear, and handle every bump in the road. She kept us informed throughout the process and really looked out for us. Once we were able to finally fly out a see the house, it was like seeing an old friend. Thanks, Stephanie, for making our dreams come true.

ZillowVERIFIED We have had the pleasure of having Stephanie represent us on a new construction home in Mesquite, NV. The best thing about her is that she listens. We really were looking for someone with local experience and had prior experience with new construction. She recognized we would be better off building new, and she recommended us to a local contractor she had worked with before. We are very pleased with the outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED Stephanie was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When there was an issue that needed further attention, she knew who to contact to get matters resolved. Through no fault of her own, we ran into a glitch at closing. She worked very hard with others to come to a resolution that was more than satisfactory for all involved. Even after everything was said and done, she followed up with us to make sure we were happy. We're very satisfied with how Stephanie represented us!

ZillowVERIFIED An Absolute Lifesaver: Stephanie is the Agent You Need! Hiring Stephanie as our real estate agent for our move to Mesquite, NV, was hands down the best decision we made. We were in a tough spot, unable to travel to Mesquite to view homes in person, which meant we had to completely rely on her expertise and guidance. And wow, did she deliver! Stephanie truly went above and beyond. She thoroughly checked out properties for us, expertly guided us through the options, and connected us with reliable inspectors and contractors for repairs and even to add gates to our yard. Her negotiation skills are top-notch; she secured a killer price on our new home that we couldn't be happier with. But her incredible support didn't stop there. When our agent for the sale of our current home wasn't performing, Stephanie stepped in. Despite us living in a different state, she quickly found an excellent agent in our town who then negotiated an offer substantially over our asking price, in 24 hrs! Beyond her impressive professional skills, Stephanie was a constant source of calm and reassurance. The stress of buying and selling simultaneously became overwhelming at times, but her steady presence and guidance were invaluable. If you're looking for a real estate agent who is dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients, you simply cannot go wrong with Stephanie. She's a true superstar!

Immediately, she began making suggestions and sharing her ideas about what needed to be done to prepare it for sale. We couldn't believe how upbeat and positive she was about the prospect of selling our house quickly. We listened to her advice and collaborated with her on many of her ideas. We are so impressed with this dynamic, hard-working realtor. We feel truly blessed to have found her. ZillowVERIFIED Stephanie came highly recommended to be by both a neighbor and one of her colleagues. I will be forever grateful because she understood my situation and was incredibly sensitive to my needs not only regarding the sale of my property but knowing what I needed to enter another market. She was totally knowledgeable about the real estate market in Mesquite. She walked me through every step of the process with compassion and professionalism. I was moving because I lost my husband and wanted to move closer to family. She never lost sight of that. She has been a Godsend. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She made a difficult and emotional experience exponentially easier and I am in her debt.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Stephanie to find a home for our upcoming move to Mesquite. Each property she showed us became progressively better and all fit our wishes and requirements. By the second day, we found our new home in the right community for us. Stephanie teamed up with other professionals who worked to make things happen. Her assistance when we had issues moved us along, and we closed in record time. This was the first real estate transaction in my 65 years that did not frustrate and irritate me during the paper chase and funding process. I highly recommend Stephanie Cannon and will use her again when we purchase some planned investment properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Stephanie has been such a blessing to work with. I flew in from back East and spent an entire day with Stephanie and found the home of our dreams in Sun City. Was very easy to sign docs with DocuSign and got an early close. Got moved in 11/2/23. Listed our condo the morning of 11/9/23 with Stephanie and within 2 hours had an offer before it hit multiple listing. We are having Stephanie write up another offer for our 1031 exchange tomorrow. Words cannot describe how efficient and helpful she is to work with. She has a network of team members that make things happen with such ease.

ZillowVERIFIED Very helpful in navigating the home buying process. We do not live close by the area and when the offer we put in on the first home was not accepted Stephanie provided great virtual tours and assessments of two additional homes and we ended up successfully closing on one of them. Responsive, efficient, hard working, and kind. It was a pleasure working with Stephanie!

ZillowVERIFIED Stephanie was so helpful as we were moving from Washington state to Nevada and we had so many questions. She answered promptly, offered video tours we were asking about and always made herself available when came town. This was a long process due to distance and the sale of our house and her patience was amazing. No question was deemed unimportant. We highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a home.
