ZillowVERIFIED I don't usually write reviews, but feel compelled to by my recent experience with Stephane. This is my third time renting in Boston, and I have worked with at least a half dozen real estate agents. Stephane stands out because of the following:- Responsiveness: He responded within an hour of my initial email inquiry by text. We talked on the phone within the same day. Within 3 days he provided 10+ rental options that realistically fit our goals. By the end of the week we were doing viewings on the available properties. In the fast moving Boston market, his efficiency was appreciated.- Empathy: He took time to learn about me, my fiance, and our goals in our next rental. It didn't feel like we were just conducting business.- Expertise: He took time to explain what we could reasonably expect and at what price, and patiently answered our questions about how the Boston housing market worked- Fairness and integrity: He provided a balanced opinion about each property, and he was not shy about pointing out both good/bad attributesI will be reaching out to Stephane for future real estate needs and I would recommend that you do the same.

ZillowVERIFIED Stephane was very knowledgeable on the Brookline areas and very generous with his time in person and email. It took us a few weeks to connect and actually meet bus as he explained the spring is a very busy time for him and his agency. Also, we appreciated his courtesy and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED We live in Connecticut and our son is a student at Boston University for the Fall semester of 2016. We began the process of searching for an apartment very late. Stephane was one of several agents that I called for assistance. Stephane was the first to respond to my call. He was quick to make us aware of apartments that were available and the obstacles that we were to face. Staphane made himself available to tour apartments with our son and our son was in a new apartment within one week!!Thanks For All Of Your Help Stephane!!Charlie (Dad)

ZillowVERIFIED Stephane was very helpful finding a place on short notice. He showed me several properties in a limited time span and did not pressure me to pursue options that I expressed to be out of my budget. Very flexible and willing to work around my schedule as a student.

ZillowVERIFIED Stephane was helpful, courteous and very professional in helping me find a new apartment after being in a tough spot and trying to find an apartment after the September 1st housing season. He showed me really beautiful apartments and stayed respectfully within our budget. I could not have asked for a smoother (and quick!) transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Stephane is a very professional broker located in Boston. He has gone above and beyond what was needed of him in order to ensure that his clients are able to find the apartment/condo that they're looking for. He actively engaged me by asking my preferences for area, price point, and size of the new apartment as we were touring a scheduled apartment. From my responses, he provided invaluable insights on other potential properties and offered to provide additional information on his recommendations. None of his recommendations felt forceful or pushy, just his honest opinion.

ZillowVERIFIED In the midst of endlessly searching online for a reasonably priced apartment in Boston that allowed two dogs, I was very fortunate to get in contact with Stephane. Within a few hours of my initial e-mail contact, he had provided me with a large list of pet friendly homes that were in my desired neighborhood and budget. Even better than that he was able to book us 4 house tours in a row with barely any notice! He always had smart recommendations for negotiations (and ended up saving us a good chunk of change). And when a landlord backed out at the last minute of our application process, he was able to get us a showing of a great place mere hours after hearing the news. Stephane was available 24/7 and worked late into the night finding the right place for us. He listened very carefully to all our needs and never rolled his eyes at our ridiculous requests and requirements. Would highly recommend him as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a horrible experience with a previous realtor, and working with Stephane was so easy, very professional, and did not require much of our time (the previous realtor took 4-5 hours to show us 3 places). He understood our requirements, quickly found places for us to look at and once we found the one we liked, made the paperwork extremely easy (it was all online). He then promptly emailed us that we got the apartment! This all happened within a few days - it was amazing! He took most of the stress out of apartment hunting.
