During that time, I was trying to make the determination of where I was going to live on the other side of the transaction. He was a valuable resource in this search prior to even hiring him to list our home.Once we listed our home, Stephan was only a text away with any concerns or issues. After living on this side of the bay for 12 years, it was important that our realtor understand all the difficulties surrounding uprooting our entire family and moving across the bay. Stephan sold our home in 4 days well over asking but within comps, and got us an offer that best suited our needs as a family.
