I highly recommend Stephen to anyone buying or selling a home. He is professional and capable and really knows the market. He is also friendly, easy to work with and goes well beyond what others might do to make the process as smooth as possible. I was out of state during the period where the house was staged and he took care of everything for me. What was most important to me is that he has high integrity and is honest and trustworthy. The house sold quickly and the closing etc. went smoothly. He does an amazing job and I would work with him again. Great experience!

Through the years I have learned that not all real estate agents are created equal. Being a retired Home Stager of 15 years I worked with many realtors and I know that the best Realtor in town is Steven Marshall. He is highly professional , very hardworking , honest and loyal, and "who's word is as good as the written contract". He has demonstrated an ability to use multiple resources in-order to prepare your home to gain the most money possible. In addition, his team of workers are highly detailed with meticulous organization skills- proven multitaskers and have followed up through out the process from start to finish. Not many realtors have the team of craftsmen and the capacity to fix a 65 year old home into a diamond again with in a two week period. The process went extremely smooth because of his professional knowledge, customer- oriented service that he provided. Steven demonstrates an ability to use multiple sources and in order to deliver the best products on a stringent time line that made our home look amazing. We were extremely happy to let him do all the work. He brought in the cleaners, inspectors, a gutted bathroom remodel, floors resurfaced and stained, removal of carpets and carpets replaced, painted complete interior, fixed every thing that was not in working order, brought in a haller to get rid of junk. Steven also provided us with a gorgious modern classy complementary staging that matched the personality of the house! All completed on the target market date which just a 2 week period. Amazing!!! The house received multiple offers and sold in just three weeks in the tough month of Dec of 2022. A true success! In our experience no task has proven to be to large for Steven Marshall and his crew! We intend to continue our relationship with him in the future and look forward to a great friendship.
