We recently purchased a small property in Stone Harbor for slightly over a million dollars, which is chump change for that town. We worked with Kelly, who initially brought our attention to the property and who took us from our first offer through closing. Kelly was smart, attentive to detail, prompt in her responses to requests for information and personable. She gave good strategic advice. She was never pushy. We also met with Steve and got his advice on occasion. He is very knowledgeable about the Stone Harbor market, and like Kelly, very straightforward. We would highly recommend both Steve and Kelly.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Steve Frame and his team to anyone buying or selling a home or rental property in Stone Harbor or Avalon. We worked with Steve to purchase a home on a beach block in Stone Harbor. We intend to use the house as a rental, but also for use by our family. We are knocking down the existing house, and building a new house. Steve helped us build a financial projection of the rental revenue, expenses and cash flow - and to date his projections have all turned out to be quite accurate - and in some cases conservative. He recommended three builders, and helped us during the design process. Steve knows the market extreemely well, and has a valuable set of contacts, along with a very responsive support team.
