ZillowVERIFIED If you want the very best you will use Stephanie Giordano. My wife and I contacted her on Zillow and she called us back within 5 minutes. We told her we were first time home buyers and we were lost in the process. Stephanie had us into her offer for a first time home buyer consultation. Stephanie explain what to expect during our home buying process. We told her we had not been lender approved and she told us that she was a mortgage broker as well as a Real Estate broker. Within our first appointment we knew what we were qualified for and felt like we were in the best hands. Stephanie spent 3 months with us looking at over 70 homes. I thought she would give up on us but she always smiled and said " I am here with you to the very end" Finally she found us our dream home, but it doesn't stop there. She got us the home for an amazing price. Her negotiating skills were fantastic. My wife and I thank our lucky stars to have found her. We closed on our home and a month later I had some more questions and she came to our home and sat with us again and answered all of them. Thank you so very much Stephanie!!! ZillowVERIFIED I have now dealt with Ms. Giordano as a buyer and a seller and both interactions have been a negative experience. As a buyer she failed to show up to the showing, finally after many phone calls to her office and over an hour waiting in front of a house we were told she was not able to make it. As a seller she was rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find an agent that is knowledgeable, professional, and cares about the client!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, my boyfriend and I were completely unaware of what to expect. We knew we wanted to buy a house, found Stephanie on the Internet, and started there. We often say to each other that this would have been a completely different experience if we hadn't had Stephanie with us for every moment of it. The countless questions that arose and the endless fears that needed to be quelled were no match for her. She immediately responded to every text, email, or phone call with compassion and answers. Even if my question had nothing to do with real estate or her part of the transaction, she was there. When we were on a particularly anxiety-producing cliff, Stephanie immediately met us for coffee, walked us through the complicated paperwork, and talked us right down. She is incredibly informative, confident, knowledgeable, and approachable. We weren't even sure about where we wanted to live. Stephanie never tried to push us to a certain area or dissuade us based on her convenience or opinions. She showed us dozens of places (some of them more than once when we were on the fence) all over the island until we narrowed it down. Every single time, she arrived promptly with information about the property and asked the seller all the appropriate questions that we didn't even know to ask. Stephanie was truly the very best part of our home buying experience. There are few bigger decisions a person makes in his/her life; to have a person like her in your corner is an absolute blessing. We couldn't feel luckier.

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I decided to buy our first home we were overwhelmed with everything and were lost in it all. We were concerned we wouldn't qualify in the current market and that if we did we would have to compromise a great deal of what we wanted. We contacted Stephanie(based on these zillow reviews) and after our first conversation we already knew we were in good hands. Within our first meeting, after the first few homes we looked at she already knew just what we were looking for. Throughout the process she was patient and re assuring. The first home we liked ended up falling through. We were mentally and emotionally exhausted, but Stephanie was there assuring us that we'd keep looking till we found the home of our dreams and we did. Stephanie was knowledgable, knew when to tell us something didn't seem or look right, was willing to give us as much time as possible to make our move and helpful through out the whole process. . If you are lost, in need of guidance, need someone knowledgable, respectful and truthful then look no further. I've always heard horror stories of real estate agents being pushy, and leaving the buyer feeling like they are wasting their time etc, Stephaine spent 6 months with us and was a pleasure to deal with; we've closed, we've moved in and in our home Stephanie is considered family because that's how she treated us all along

Outside of that, I feel that Stephanie was never working for me, rather the sellers. Her pushiness to make a few bucks, left a bad taste in my mouth. She preyed on the fact that I was a first time home buyer and tried to cut as many corners as possible. My advice: Agents are a dime a dozen, bypass this one.

She not only contacted me within 10 minutes, she began working to find me and my fiance a home immediately.One of the things I appreciated about Stephanie is her ability to listen and pick up on what we were looking for. Sometimes we would walk into a house and she would be able to look at us and know if we liked it or not. I felt that she was really interested in finding us a home we loved. She was not pushy, but instead worked to find something that was the best fit for us in terms of price, size and location.She is also knowledgable about renovation ideas and options. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently went through our very first home buying experience. Coming into this process relatively clueless, Stephanie was our guiding light. Her knowledge of the area, real estate procedures and even costs of renos and updates was extensive and spot on. She also has a gift on picking up exactly what you're looking for even if you yourself don't know what it is. She is a great listener, and within the first two houses, she will know your taste, style, how much renovation you're willing to do and how to work within your budget to find your dream home. As a negotiator she is one of the best, she is respectful and fair but will go all out to get you the best deal. She was able to get us our perfect home- which was slightly over budget- well within and even a bit under our max budget. She has an awareness for numbers and an appraiser-like eye and can be completely trusted to advise a fair starting/opening offer.Because of our fantastic experience with her as a realtor, we also went through her for our mortgage. It was the best decision we made. By going through her, the process was seamless, professional, quick and easy (as easy as mortgage applications can get these days). And although I was quite nervous with the idea at first, having heard many horrible things about mortgage brokers that combined with realtors, or ones that did both, etc. Stephanie went out of her way to ease my mind- even returning my calls on a sunday night. She was upfront with everything-gave me all her information; her licensing numbers, references, etc. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Stephanie, she is a talented and hardworking realtor and a great broker as well. She is also a fun person with a great sense of humor and wonderful personality- which is very important, especially when dealing with newbies like my husband and myself.
