ZillowVERIFIED Steffan and his team were amazing in helping us sell our home and buy a new one. They provided excellent guidance throughout the process, including taking the extra time to help us find better financing terms for our purchase! We sold our house for over asking price and were able to buy something that fit our needs perfectly. Easy to communicate, set up open houses quickly, and overall provided great service.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about Steffan, his expertise and service. As a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed. It felt like a second job to view listings, understand the purchasing process, and comprehend the amount of paperwork required. With Steffan it honestly felt like I had a personal assistant by my side. He battled on my behalf for the best price and competitive financing. I closed escrow almost two weeks ago and he is still coordinating with contractors and interior designers to make sure that the home is everything that I want. The sale is done and he can easily walk away looking for the next client, but he's determined to see it through to the end. I can't thank you enough Steffan for making the home buying experience easy and stress free.

ZillowVERIFIED Steffan was great. He managed whole sale process and made it easy and without any surprises. Steffan ran a very busy schedule of showing condo so that lots of agents and potential buyers saw property.

ZillowVERIFIED We've been working with and interacted with many real estate agents over the years, and we can say, hands down, Steffan is the best! Steffan is an outstanding realtor. He quickly caught on to what we were looking for and was able to find us a number of great homes. He was efficient, professional and positive at all times and we felt so comfortable with him throughout the process. Not only did Steffan provide exceptional service throughout the home buying process but he also made it so personable and caring. We couldn't have been happier with everything that Steffan did for us. We are very grateful for everything and love our new home! If you're looking to purchase a home, be sure to give him a call. He will go above and beyond your expectations. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase a home. If anything, Steffan told us not to settle for anything less than what we envisioned. If we ever purchase another home, we will be sure to use Steffan again!

ZillowVERIFIED Not only is Steffan knowledgeable about the market but he is one of those agents that can also think outside of the box. A rarity in the industry. He was able to structure the sale in a way that was amenable to both buyer and seller without having to move to a hard money lender. Steffan is very meticulous and understands that attention to the details is an important part of the whole process. He made sure that all paperwork was provided prior to it's first submission so as not to fall into the endless cycle of document submission for final approval.

ZillowVERIFIED Steffan handled entire tenant process in timely and professional manner - documenting needed repairs, coordinating with contractor to do repairs, generating tenant applications, explaining appropriate process for selecting a tenant, helping with appliance purchases and installation, and post move in support for the tenant. He made the whole process very easy. Steffan knows the contractors, cleaners, and how to get the process done quickly. I think he makes being a landlord easier than I thought possible.
