What I love is that Im not just another commission to them, but they honestly care about what I need to make the home buying and selling process work. It is even the small details like offering to stop by and show us how to use our sprinkler system after we bought a new house that just take their service to a whole new level. Lots of people could give us advice on how to price our house. Anyone with a license could get us in to houses to view. But it takes someone special to make us walk away from the process feeling like we were supported and cared for during what could be an incredibly stressful period of time. I will never choose another group to work with!

This man had the patience of Job for us and he was so accommodating all the time. He even made sure we were taken care of when he had to go out of town, calling us to make sure all was well while he was away. ZillowVERIFIED We cannot begin to describe how great of an experience we had with Stefanie as our realtor. As first time home buyers, we were really unfamiliar with the whole process. Right in the middle of the process I had an unexpected career change. Stefanie and the absolutely fantastic mortgage lender she referred us to were extremely helpful in ensuring we would still be able to qualify for our mortgage. During the offer/counter offer process she included details that we never would have thought of, such as requesting the previous owners window treatments be left behind. The home we bought also needed to have a radon mitigation system installed. Not only did Stefanie help us negotiate so the sellers paid two thirds of the cost, but she also contacted one of her own connections to perform the service at a much lower rate than was being quoted to the sellers. She also referred us to a great home inspector who was extremely thorough and professional.The thing that resounded the most with us, however, was that she really had our familys best interest in mind when it came to finding the right home for us. We never felt pressured into any particular homes, and worked hard to ensure that we found a home in our target neighborhood (which we did!). If we could give Stefanie six stars, we would!
