Stefanie sold my house in Westgate (Raeford) in December 2020. Throughout the process and from the very first time I met her, Stefanie was highly knowledgeable and responsive. When the first buyer fell through due to financing, Stefanie had my house under contract again on the same day with a serious buyer she found, and we closed in under four weeks. Stefanie usually responds within minutes and is very reassuring during the selling process. I got the best price for my house that I could possibly hope for, with minimal stress. Oh my Gosh, Where to begin! Stefanie Is Amazing. We Are First time home buyers, Moved Cross Country, and bought our first house site unseen- in person that is.
