We travelled to California several times to look at properties that he and I had found. He drove around with us showing properties, always careful due to Covid-19 guidelines. He has communicated with us the whole time, always took our calls, he also continued to keep in touch throughout escrow. Living in Arizona as we do at the moment has not been easy to find a property. He showed up with a binder containing information about our home and our neighborhood. I am skeptical of real estate agents as a group; however this was not the case with West Reality. Our agent understood our needs and presented opportunities that met our criteria, she did not waste our time. Our agent was not pushy or high pressure. She made sure we understood what we were doing. She explained the process in a way we could understand each step as it happened and there were no surprises. Our agent was relentless in keeping up with every detail and everyone we dealt with through the process had nothing but praise for her work ethic. ZillowVERIFIED I wish I could give Stefan more than 5 stars, he is that good! He helped us buy our home when we were moving down with military orders. It was not an easy process, as we were out of state, but he worked so hard to make the transition smooth and easy. As we are moving again, he helped us sell our home and I cannot recommend him enough. Our home sold in 5 days!!! Stefan made beautiful fliers, marketed the home wonderfully and we had 15 offers to choose from, 13 of which were above our asking price. There are two other homes on our street for sale, they did not get the traffic or offers that we received. We were closed within 2 weeks! There was not one hiccup, it really could not have gone better. Stefan was even on vacation while we were in the closing process and he was calling and texting to make sure things were going as planned. I wish we could take him with us to our next duty station to help us find our next home! He even spent time researching an agent in the area we are moving and narrowed down one that he would feel comfortable with us using. To me, that is going above and beyond!!! Stefan is incredibly friendly, funny and so knowledgable of the home buying and selling processes. He never felt like an agent to our family, he felt like a friend.
