One of the properties was a family investment that was in probate. We live out of town and Steavy made what could have been a painfully difficult process much easier as she helped schedule and meet vendors for us. After we were under contract, we were made aware of boxes and content stored in the attic that the buyer wanted removed. Steavy and Sean saved the deal by getting stuff down themselves and meeting the junk removal company.
