We had an amazing experience working with Starling! As first time home buyers relocating from out-of-state, we felt pretty apprehensive about the home buying experience. Starling took the time to give us a preview of many neighborhoods in our target area of Nashville and share her extensive knowledge of this city, as well as understand our list of must-haves and preferences. We were looking for a house remotely, prior to relocation, and Starling was in close contact throughout. She ended up finding us an amazing property, the first house that we bid on! Starling is absolutely wonderful in every way! We moved here from out of state, and she worked with us through email & phone calls to get an idea of what we needed/wanted. We were only in town for 4 days, and with Starling's help, we were able to buy the perfect house at the perfect price! She has wonderful recommendations for any service that you could possibly need; home inspection, insurance agent, handy man, dry cleaning, nail salon, etc. and this made our transition to Nashville so much easier. On move-in day she showed up with lunch, & she's done lots of little things to let us know she's thinking of us throughout the year. She is the kindest person you'll ever meet! I recommend her to everyone, and she will definitely be our agent for all of our future needs! Thank you Starling!

We have used Starling twice both in buying and selling of our homes, (2009,2013). She is very knowledgeable not just in the Nashville area but in its surrounding cities too. She was very anttentive to our needs and we were very pleased with the outcomes. She managed to sell our house right when the market crashed on the second showing.
