On the residential side ,I have worked with first time home buyers ,upsizer clients ,down sizer cleints. Estate sales, delicate finanacial issues . On the Commercial side I have specialized in working with cleints who have smaller buildings less than 10,000 square feet ,spaces for sale or lease as well as medium office space up to 10,000 square feet.
I have been in the publishing advertising and marketing busiess for 35 years, during that time i have owned and published South Shore Magazine for 25 years. I have always had an intereste in Architecture , Landscaping and construction . Plus my extensive knowlege of the south shore and south coast of Massachusettts lent itself well to getting my license. I wish i had done it earlier in my carrer.
