We were buying a second home about two hours from our primary residence, and Stan was a great help throughout the process. We never felt pushed or rushed into doing anything, and he was very fair with estimates and suggestions for offering price. He also works closely with several local businesses and was able to recommend great home inspectors and loan officers. He also went above and beyond in just spending time with us walking through the home and advising us on what services and costs it would take to maintain a home in the area (we have only owned a condo in a metropolitan area before so the details of owning and maintaining a large single family home were totally new to us). After our closing he continued to check in with recommendations on contractors / technicians to do work on the home. We would work with him on any future real estate transactions in the area and recommend him and his team highly.
