I worked with Stan beginning in 2016. Since then he's represented me in four transactions in Santa Barbara. Over the years I've worked with quite a number of realtors in both Washington and California and Stan is far and away the best. His decades of experience in the Santa Barbara and Goleta markets bear fruit when one needs accurate and honest assessments of property condition, neighborhoods and valuation. Stan is detail oriented well beyond what a buyer or seller may reasonably expect. His local resource connections run deep: contractors, landscapers, inspectors, pest control, handymen. In all four of my transactions he was able to pull them in precisely when and where needed. I've known Stan Tabler since 2002, when he helped my wife and me purchase our home. More recently, in 2022, he helped me purchase a condo for my parents. I couldn't be happier with Stan's service as a realtor. He makes everything easy for you through every step of the process. In addition to helping us find the properties and completing the necessary paperwork, he was also super helpful in scheduling all the necessary inspections, etc.. In some cases, he met with the inspectors by himself, when I couldn't get away from work. He also helped me to find agents to sell my parents old home, which is located over 300 miles away, and pointed me toward contractors to fix some of the issues with my parents' new condo: installation of a central heat pump unit, electrical repairs and some pest remediation work. Stan is always very quick to respond to communications, whether they come via phone, text or email. In my experience, it was very unusual not to hear back from him within minutes. Even when he was on vacation, he would get back to me quickly. Over the last 20 years, I have contacted Stan several times for recommendations for contractors to help out with repairs/renovations at our home and other questions somewhat related to real estate. He has always been happy to help out, even when he has no obligation or financial incentive to do so. I will absolutely be using Stan for any future real estate needs that I have and I highly recommend him to everybody else as well. I would be very surprised if there is a better realtor in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area than Stan Tabler.

We had a great working relationship with Stan. Buying a house in Santa Barbara is not the easiest, especially when you do not live in the area. Stan would go to view available houses with his trusted camera and take videos for us. He never pressured us, and when the time can to make an offer on a house, Stan was an awesome negotiator. Once in escrow, Stan went above and beyond to make sure everything went as seamless as possible. After we closed, Stan took care of getting of everything ready for us to move in as we were still out of town. We definitely recommend Stan for any real estate transaction.
