ZillowStan was very patient with my husband and I as we tried to buy while my husband is stationed in NC. He was flexible with scheduling and great to work with!
ZillowBuying a house with Stan feels like working with an old friend. From our first phone call, I felt like I was in good hands and could trust Stan to guide me through the house buying process. He took the time to explain things and thoroughly answered any questions I had, which as a first-time home buyer I really appreciated. He communicates exceptionally well and is always responsive and courteous. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better agent, which is amazing considering he basically fell into my lap through sheer luck. Even after closing, he continued to provide the same level of service and care. Stan gets it done and makes buying a house feel like a breeze. 10/10.
ZillowWe found Stan by chance while on our first trip to CO and he was so great about finding exactly what we wanted and making our cross country move so easy that we accomplished it in just a few weeks. Stan walked house after house for us from 2 time zones away, facilitated walk throughs on our behalf, and even received our shipped cars for us. We really couldnt have accomplished any of this without him.
ZillowStan did an excellent job of both finding us our house and selling our existing house. We were very pleased with the service he provided and the knowledge he had in the industry. I would highly recommend Stan to anyone who is looking for a house or needing to sell one.
ZillowStan was absolutely fantastic and the most patient with our family as we searched for our home. I would trust Stan to help us buy again or sell our house in the future if we ever needed. He was extremely available and flexible with our schedule. He was understanding as we waited for my husband to come home before we purchased. He was always engaging with our kids and made them feel included as we looked at houses. He was quick to put in our offer and worked with us to make sure the closing went smoothly. Stan is more than a man expert realtor and a wonderful person, he and his family are now friends of our family and Id recommend him to everyone!
ZillowStan did a terrific job both in helping us sell our home and also with purchasing another one in the area. He was always willing to help us and he went out of his way to be there as needed. My husband and I really appreciated his desire to not just find us any home or any buyer, but the right ones for our needs and situation. We also greatly appreciated the fact that he never once pushed us in any way-unless it was for our very own good, as in encouraging us to get our house ready for the market so we would not miss out on any potential buyers.
ZillowStan is an excellent realtor. He is responsive, helpful, and professional. He went the extra mile to help us find and purchase our property. He maintained excellent communication throughout the process, even after closing, and we highly recommend him.
ZillowStanley was amazing and patient in finding us the perfect house! No easy task with a large family and very particular needs. ie ?we need ALL the amenities, in the largest square footage, for the lowest price!? But Stan delivered, and got us into our dream house with more space than we could imagine, in a great neighborhood, and a good price! We could not be more thrilled! Also, we sold our house with Stan, and again he was fantastic. He had a very professional photographer come and take pictures and video of our house and we couldn?t believe how good they turned out. It really showed our house to its full advantage. We had two open houses instead of doing a bunch of showings, and had several offers on the table by the end of the weekend! All we had to do was pick! The selling process was quick and simple. The buying process was harder in a hot market with low inventory, but we won out in the end with Stan?s constant help!
ZillowStan was extremely helpful throught my entire home buying process. Any time I had a question he was timely in responding or reaching out to the seller. He was always available to asisst and show houses. He was able to get me the house I wanted 10k under appraisal value. Would recommend Stan to everyone!
