Kristina was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process! We were first time home buyers so she was very patient with us, answered any and all questions timely, and explained the process/steps very thoroughly. We required a quick close and she definitely delivered - aligning all parties, quick to get us to inspection and appraisal. She was also very knowledgeable about the various areas were were home searching within and wasnt afraid to tell the truth/speak her mind about an area or potential issues seen in homes. We first met Bonnie and Kristina in March 2018 when selling our home. They were amazing with their knowledge, with the respect they gave and compassion in selling. Selling a home is a very stressful experience and they handled me perfectly:) The write up they did for my home, oh my goodness so beautiful!!!! fast forward to this spring and they helped us again to find the perfect home to buy. Buying was much less stressful than selling but they helped us with every step!! If one was not available, the other came to show a home.
