We were selling an older home - 130+ years old - and so we were going for out-of-the-ordinary buyers. Stacy persisted with open houses and advertising to find that perfect buyer we needed for our non-cookie cutter house. Once we had a buyer, we had a number of structural issues to overcome, and Stacy went above and beyond in helping us navigate the world of structural engineering and contractors. She kept our spirits high even when we were losing hope of ever closing. Her instincts are great, she's incredibly responsive, and her personality is a joy!

Not only does she know the area, market, and houses in general, she's just a good damn time. Don't let her great attitude fool you though, she'll do what she has to for her clients. I would definitely recommend Stacy and use her again if we have to, though we won't, because she found us the perfect house.

She is very knowledgable, great at explaining the process which needed to occur as my home was bank owned and had a reverse mortgage on it, and she worked hard throughout the entire process. One of my favorite things about her was that I never felt pressured to buy. She would give her honest opinion and state the negatives about the house just as much as the positives. ZillowVERIFIED Ms. West helped us find our first home. We wanted to buy a home out right.We were working on a home under 50,000. We also were not sure of the area in Indiana we wanted to relocate, Stacy ran all over the state showing us homes. We offered on a couple and withdrew a couple because the prices they wanted we all found to be not worth what was countered offered. Stacy advised her opinion on it all. Stacy knew we were working for a lower costing home and had no issue helping us even though her income from the deal would not be huge. We started in April 2013 and moved in October 17,2013. Stacy found us a 3 bedroom home with 3 car garage in a good part of New Castle. The bonus was it was a foreclosed 89,000 home we bought for under $20,000. It has 2 lots. Perfect for my children, dogs, garden and pool. I would highly recommend Stacy. She cares, works very hard for you, and will do anything for her clients. I would use Stacy as my realtor again if we ever sold or bought another home. I cannot begin to explain how awesome this woman is.
