Stacy Weinstein

As a child, when my family first moved back to Denver, one of my fondest memories was looking for a house to buy. I loved driving through different neighborhoods and going in and out of houses trying to figure out what was right for us. We settled into a dated, Victorian home near Congress Park. My parents owned that house for over 26 years. To this day I remember the original wallpaper in my room, character and charm that the home withstood, even after all of the wear and tear and interior and exterior changes made along the way. It was also what first drew me into real estate. Although my experiences and choices led me to other cities and jobs over the years, my underlying interest has always remained the same; I like helping people. For over a decade, I owned a Pilates studio and taught full-time (in Chicago and Denver) with my primary focus being injury prevention and rehabilitation. I have always prided myself on supporting people to feel good about themselves and the decisions they make. This interest has carried over to real estate career; my compassion and empathy are some of my strongest skills, they are also what makes me a unique real estate agent. I am also passionate about animals and have been involved in animal welfare and rescue for over 15 years. From fostering to working with shelters and their programs, I have been immersed. It is what pushed me to start my own non-profit, be cause - a merchandised based company that provides a portion of its proceeds to established programs affecting change, specifically in animal welfare.
