ZillowVERIFIED Where to begin! We had already hired and failed two other brokerages literally wasting a full year. The original two brokerages were highly recommended and supposedly experts in the type of home we had to sell. After the failure of the second effort, my wife and I were pretty despondent. However after a couple of months we decided to interview once again, hopefully learning from our previous errors. What was interesting was that Kirk Weingarten called me. I had no idea who he was but from the get-go, I was impressed with his straight forward approach which was unlike 99% of the other brokers making cold calls. Kirk told me up front that he had looked over our previous listings and knew that he could sell our home for us. His niche market is homes that had failed previously and he had a terrific success rate. We interviewed both Kirk and Stacy along with two other experienced brokers.
