This was our first home, and Stacy guided us every step of the way. She visited so many houses with us in such a short span of time that we started to feel bad about taking all of her time! From our first conversation until we closed on our first home, the whole process only took about 2 months. And that was in a difficult seller's market in which we needed some seller's help with closing costs, had a wish list and a budget that didn't always line up, and were not going to waive home inspection (a practice many buyers had turned to and that Stacy strongly advised against). She told us to stay patient and not get discouraged, especially after we lost out on an offer for a house we loved. I'm glad we listened! ZillowVERIFIED We have been realtors in Texas for over 15 years, so moving to Pennsylvania and handing over control to someone else was difficult for us, to say it mildly. However, Stacy did an excellent job! She was upfront, honest, and informative. She understood what we were looking for, that we wanted a decent deal and was forthright on all the information. When I was researching homes while still in Texas and was interested in a particular home(s) and/or areas, she would promptly explain why it was or was not worth considering. We initially would do our own research, but each time we confirmed the information she provided us and began to stop back seat driving and just take her advice. When we narrowed down the homes to consider and pulled the comparative homes to analyze them, we all sat down and she pulled the MLS up on a screen and we were able to ascertain that she was not manipulating the numbers but giving us all information available to her. This forthright approach worked for us b/c it built trust immediately. We have been in real estate long enough to know that many realtors are more interested in obtaining a deal, versus taking care of their clients. Stacy is about taking care of her clients to the best of her ability. After we were in contract, when we had questions/concerns she responded immediately. She went by the home for us right after a snow storm when we had a concern b/c we were in Texas and couldn't review it ourselves. After we were clear to close, I was still in Texas and my husband just flew in from a business trip and he had one day/time frame to be able to close and against all odds, at the last minute Stacy made it happen. For people who are used to locating their own homes, and negotiating their own deals, it is hard to trust someone else. However, Stacy's professionalism, honesty and patience made the home buying experience in another state easy. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is moving to the area.

She helped us go from two houses into one and combined our families with ease. From the beginning she was a dream to work with. She was always willing to do whatever we asked.
