ZillowVERIFIED Stacy is a great realtor! She did both for us...helped us find a house and sold our current home. She came in, helped us decided what to and what not to display. She also helped us, stage the house and the house looked wonderful when they took the pictures. Our house sold in about a week and we got over the asking price. She showed us many homes that were for sale and didn't rush us to make a decision. We ended up buying a new home and she was there for us every step of the way. She's become a friend as well and I recommend her to everyone. We're happy to have had her for our Real Estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED I would consider Stacey Stream one of the best in the business. She has been responsible for five home sales related to me and my wife's families. Stacey is very professional and keeps you informed each step of the process. My family and I have used other home repair and cleaning professionals recommended by Stacey. Stacey's contact information is kept by those in our family that have had the pleasure of working with her. Stacey's experience and continued support, even after the sale of our family members homes, has been extremely valuable to our family. I would recommend Stacey to anyone and everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Staci was our realtor when we bought our house in 2014 in Vacaville, CA.Staci was extremely knowledgeable of real estate market. She worked with us to find the type of house we desired, and closed the purchase smoothly. In 2020 we decided to move from California, Staci was again our realtor of choice. It was our decision to decide on a date to depart Vacaville and just leave the house furnished. We left all arrangements in Staci"s hands. She arranged for the sale of household items and listed the house. When sold Staci efficiently handled paperwork for the closing through internet with us. Staci walked us patiently through the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot help but be so thankful a friend of ours referred us to Staci Stream! Our first meeting with her convinced us that we could totally trust her to guide us through the process of selling our home in Vacaville, CA. We faced challenges but Staci walked us through each one with professionalism and confidence. We sold our home during Covid-19 and Staci was our rock through it all. She sold our home for more than we could have ever imagined! She knows and watches the market daily; she knew just how to stage our house so that we would make the most money for it; she literally took charge and took the worry out of the process for us. ZillowVERIFIED Stacy and her dream team were amazing. The moment we listed with her, great things started happening. She offered us help throughout the whole process, as to alleviate any stress away from us. We were moving out of the state, and our timeline had to be perfect. Our house got an offer within 2 days, and so the real packing began for us. Towards the end, Stacy, again was very sensitive to our needs, and offered to help us even find a house cleaner. Needless to say, Stacy was there with us even to the very end!

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish Stacy was amazing! The house was in kinda rough shape from renters. She helped choose what improvements we needed to do to not only get the property sold quicky, but get the most bang for our buck! Her vendor recommendations were on time and professional. From her recommendations, we were able to sell for over the asking price! I could not have been happier with the experience of selling this home.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I interviewed two professional agents, each very competent but Stacy had the positive, detailed, marketing experience and expertise we felt comfortable with.Since we were selling our house in a Senior Community (55 and over) our requirements was an agent who knew how to market to the senior community. Our house was in very good shape but Stacy suggested we add a few small enhancements which would add additional appeal.Shortly after a week on the market, Stacy called and said we had a VA Offer and the house would close within 30 days. The house closed whiteout a hitch, the new Buyer is very happy and my wife and I are also very happy.Stacy richly deserves a 5 Star rating for all her efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy. Is.Amazing. Stacy came highly recommended from the lender who helped us buy our first house. She is knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond to help us get our house ready to sell over the Thanksgiving holiday. Stacy helped us put in an offer on the house we wanted to buy within days of meeting and walked us through the process of selling our house in order to buy the other. And we accepted an offer after being on the market a little over a week!!! Stacy is professional, detailed, communicative, thoughtful and genuinely a sweet, caring person. We dont plan on moving anytime soon but I tell everyone about our amazing experience with her. If you have a chance to work with her, TAKE IT!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Weve recently had the opportunity to work with Stacy on selling our home. Wed bought and sold a number of homes through the years, and this has, by far, been the smoothest, most seamless process weve ever experienced! Stacys professionalisms and concern for her clients is second to none. In our opinion, Stacy is the absolute best, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED I am so happy Stacy found us when it came time to selling our home. She made the process so smooth and easy, never once did we have a worry or delay. Stacy takes her job seriously and I doubt you will ever find anyone more professional. If we had a question she always found the answer and always got back with us quickly. We recommended her to our friends that were moving six months after we did and they had the same great experience that we did. Bottom line, she goes the extra mile for you.

ZillowVERIFIED In a day when it seems as though everyone has a friend whos a realtor and we know several, its really difficult to choose a realtor who truly has your best interest at heart. We didnt know Stacy Stream when we were interested in selling our home and interested in buying our forever home, but she was referred to us and came with a highly successful track record. Whether youre a first time home owner, seller or buyer, the importance of a realtor who cares about you instead of a sale is in-measurable. From the very beginning of the uncertainty of looking for a new home, until long after youre celebrating, I honestly dont believe theres anyone better than Stacy Steam. We dont usually recommend realtors, because as previously stated, we all have friends who likes to sell a house. Stacy isnt looking to just sell or buy a house for you, shes looking out for you and whats in the best interest for your family. We truly couldnt recommend anyone more than we do Stacy. Shell honestly be there for anything you need long after the sale is done.

ZillowVERIFIED We just wanted to express our thanks to you for the fantastic service that you provided throughout the entire process of selling our home. The energy and enthusiasm that you showed at our initial interview persisted throughout our interactions with you. Even though you were very busy with other clients, you always communicated with us in a timely fashion, regardless of the time of day or week. Our type of home was in a somewhat unique segment of the market, and through your creative efforts and hard work you managed to find comps that, in the end, yielded a most advantageous sale price. The photographer that you provided took beautiful photos, including those amazing wide angle views. Your advice was invaluable at multiple points along the way, including when we had one offer that was problematic and perplexing, to say the least. You provided the encouragement and suggestions that we needed when the initial flurry of showings slowed to a trickle. The discussions you had with the eventual buyers were very instrumental in leading this couple to submit an offer. And you guided us through the negotiations and sale process leading to a successful and stress free closing. We found our closing agent to be extremely helpful and easy to work with, and she integrated well with you and everyone that she interacted with to bring the plane in for a smooth landing. We very highly recommend our realtor, Stacy Stream to anyone in the market to buy and/or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy is not only the most professional real estate agent we have ever worked with, she is the most professional person we have worked with in any industry. Period. I could not recommend her any more. My wife and I were constantly shocked at how good she was at her job and she made life much less stressful for us. We have used her to buy a house, sell a house, and she was even the listing agent for the first house we ever bought (this is how we first met her). Everyone we have talked to says the same thing - she is perfectly professional. On top of all that, she cares about getting you the most money possible and she ended up getting us $60,000 more dollars than we were expecting for our home. Thank you Stacy!

ZillowVERIFIED I located Stacy on the internet. Read her bio and was impressed. I've owned several homes in the past. Stacy surpasses any realtor I've ever done business with. Honest, smart, knowledgeable, great attitude, loves what she does and is great at it....always with a smile. The return texts and emails from her were quicker than I could imagine. The return calls were instant. Not just being a very nice kind person Stacy is the best I've ever seen at what she does. Stacy got me a great deal with my last Vacaville property and will sell it for me in 2 years. Stacy will handle any additional property dealings I have in the future..

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Stacy Stream to sell a house in Vacaville for me. I was definitely not looking forward to all the time consuming details that this would take. Ugh. She assured me from the very beginning that she would handle all my details and make the process go very smoothly. All I can say is that, "She is a master in her field". The process was so easy. My home sold the very first day. She knows her home values and is an expert on all the details that gives you the best price on your home. I would use no other. If you want the best experience with home buying and selling. Use this very skilled realtor. I know you will be as impressed as I was.

ZillowVERIFIED Working in the industry, I got to see and work with a lot of Vacaville Real Estate Agents. I did not know Stacy personally, but knew of her reputation as one of Solano Countys most respected Agents for her integrity and work ethic. When I was ready to list my home, I interviewed several of the top Agents. Stacy stood above all of the others. She took time to understand my home and my needs. She presented me with a creative and detailed marketing plan. She set realistic expectations and exceeded every one of them. Stacy is a great communicator and negotiator. There was never a doubt that she had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process. Shes smart, professional and an absolute joy to work with. What I particularly liked about Stacy was that she invested more in marketing my home than she did in marketing herself. You wont find a better Agent. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved having Stay Stream as our Real Estate Agent. She was so professional, and knew exactly what she was doing. We had been working with her for a couple of years trying to decide if we should sell or not. She kept us very informed of what the market was doing during that time. When we finally did decide to sell, she knew exactly what we should do to get a great price for our home. She had great ideas for staging and little fixes we could do to make our home more appealing. We listed our house, and had multiple offers all starting at list price and going up from their in 2 days. We accepted an offer above listing price, and closed 30 days later. She made the process very easy from start to finish. She is 5 Stars all the way
