Review My wife and I interviewed two professional agents, each very competent but Stacy had the positive, detailed, marketing experience and expertise we felt comfortable with. Since we were selling our house in a Senior Community (55 and over) our requirements was an agent who knew how to market to the senior community. Our house was in very good shape but Stacy suggested we add a few small enhancements which would add additional appeal. Shortly after a week on the market, Stacy called and said we had a VA Offer and the house would close within 30 days. The house closed whiteout a hitch, the new Buyer is very happy and my wife and I are also very happy. Stacy richly deserves a 5 Star rating for all her efforts.
